Massage Hygiene & Sanitation Policy
Maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness is essential to every session at Sensual4U Massage. This policy outlines the essential protocols we follow to ensure a safe, sanitary, and reassuring environment, whether the massage takes place in your home, hotel, or at our private facility.
Hand Hygiene
- Your therapist will thoroughly wash their hands with soap and warm water for at least 20 seconds before and after each session, and after contact with any shared surfaces or equipment.
Sanitising Equipment & Surfaces
- All equipment, including massage tables, face cradles, and accessories, is sanitized after every client using approved, professional-grade disinfectants.
- For mobile sessions, all used items are cleaned and prepared before being reused.
Treatment Environment
- Whether your session takes place at your home, hotel, or our facility, all contact surfaces are disinfected, fresh towels are used, and all rubbish is disposed of promptly and hygienically.
Towels & Linens
- Only clean, freshly laundered towels and linens are used for each client.
- Used towels are placed directly into a designated laundry bin and washed with appropriate
disinfectants. - Disposable liners are replaced and disposed of after each session.
Public Health Guidelines & PPE
- We remain up to date with the latest Public Health England recommendations.
- If required, therapists will wear PPE such as gloves or masks and will respect any client preferences related to personal protection.
Chronic Late Arrivals:
- Clients who consistently arrive late may be asked to pre-pay for future services, or their booking may no longer be accepted.
